At Kind Hart Foundation, we’re grateful for your support and excited to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
Pre-Orders
All pre-orders will begin shipping no later than October 30. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping After October 30
Starting October 30, all new orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase.
Shipping Methods
All orders are fulfilled via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping times are based on the carrier. Delivery estimates may vary based on your location and circumstances outside our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, holidays).
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Questions or Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, or if you encounter any delivery issues, please reach out to us at shop@kindhart.org and include your order number.
