At Kind Hart Foundation, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Because our apparel carries both a message and a mission, we take care to balance quality assurance with fairness in our return and refund process.
Exchanges

You may return a shirt for an exchange if the size is too large or too small.

Shirts may be tried on once to determine fit but must not be washed, worn beyond fitting, or soiled in any way.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds for Damaged Products

Refunds are available for unused items that arrive damaged or defective.

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and must include clear photos of the damage.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been worn (beyond fitting), washed, soiled, or altered cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
